Community Connect, Inc. Started out as a mentoring project (StepUP Mentoring) by the Brotherhood Men’s Ministry at Second Baptist Church. The Fall of 2010.

Living a Purpose Driven Life!
In 2012, a 47 year old laymen president, Bible study teacher and youth mentor of 15 years, decided to branch out from his church and live the purpose driven life that God had intended him to live. Mentoring and loving on people came easy for Michael Thrower. Soon after registering his business with the State of Nevada, Community Connect, Inc. became a 501 (c) 3 in March of 2013. Branching out and bringing the community together quickly became a lifetime theme for this native of Las Vegas, Nevada. And he is still branching out to people and businesses today.
